Research has indicated that the number one health problem diagnosed by veterinarians in dogs and cats is oral disease. Bacteria accumulation can lead to oral disease and increase the risk for disease in other organs, such as the heart, liver and kidneys.
Dental disease is as common in dogs and cats as in humans. The most common form of dental disease in humans is cavities. This is not the case in animals. The most common form of dental disease in pets is tartar build-up. This causes irritation of the gums around the base of the teeth (gingivitis), resulting in exposure of the roots of the teeth. Ultimately, this leads to infection, pain, and tooth loss. Proper teeth cleaning is necessary to minimize the effects of periodontal disease.

Petzlife Oral Care Spray (Directions) 4 oz. 900+ Sprays Per Bottle
Spray 1 - 2 times per day, directly on large area of tartar (if possible). You will notice your pet licking repeatedly, this helps mix with pet saliva and the natural ingredients will coat all surfaces of your pet's teeth and gums.
For best results withhold food and water 30 minutes before and after applications.
Although not necessary, brushing your pet's teeth 2 to 3 times per week, 30 minutes after spraying, will help speed up the desired result. Use Petzlife Oral Care Gel teeth cleaning gel for even faster results!
After 30 days you can reduce to one application per day sprayed directly into your pet's mouth. (After 60 days you can reduce to every 2nd or 3rd day) Note: Your pet's plaque and tartar should not return with this recommended usage.
You will know Petzlife Oral Care Spray is working when the tartar begins to leave the area between the gum line and the teeth. When the gum area is tartar free it is no longer a breeding ground for harmful bacteria that can go directly into your pet's bloodstream. The last area to become tartar free is the middle of your pet's teeth. You will also notice that your pet's breath will be much fresher.

First month-- if you have a pet with heavy plaque and tartar build-up we recommend applying PetzLife Oral Care Gel first thing in the morning and again in the evening. Petzlife Oral Care Gel will mix with your pet's saliva and the natural ingredients will coat all surfaces of your pet's mouth. You will start noticing positive changes after just one week. A finger brush or "soft" bristle tooth brush is recommended.
Note: The brushing action removes the plaque and tartar that has been softened by the ingredients in PetzlifeOral Care Gel & Petzlife Oral Care Spray. This is why we say, Spray for ease, brush for faster results.

After 2 weeks you should notice that the area at the gum-line is now free from plaque and the gums are looking healthier. This is a very important step because harmful bacteria is now blocked from entering your pet's bloodstream. You can now reduce to one application per day.
After 30 days when most or all of the build-up has been removed you can reduce to one application every 2nd or 3rd day. Your pet's plaque and tartar should not return with this recommended usage. You will notice that your pet's breath has become much fresher.
