Dual Layer VPF Core Construction
The foam core consists of a 2 inch top cushioning layer of
temperature sensitive, (VPF) slow recovery open-cell
Memory Foam, laminated to a 1 inch support layer of high
density poly base foam. Our ultra-premium foams are manufactured using a
patented (VPF) "variable pressure foaming" process, that is
virtually free of emissions making the process eco-friendly.
