What is 850 Fill Power?
Fill Power is the standard measure of down quality - it's the number of cubic inches that one ounce of down will fill. The higher the fill, the greater the down's loft, lightness and luxuriousness. Our 850 Hypo-Cycle Down is 90% goose down that is very close to the ultimate rating (900) - a luxury-level comforter that provides exceptional warmth.

Why 90% Down and Not 100% Down?
We can't say " pure or 100% down" , for two reasons. One, it's against Federal Trade Commission regulations, and two there is no such thing! As a natural, non-homogeneous substance, there's just too much variation for down to be considered " pure or 100% down" - so please don't be fooled. If other retailers are misleading you with a bogus " 100% white goose down" claim, what else are they being dishonest about?
Washed to Hypo-Allergenic Cleanness!
We wanted our allergy-prone customers to also enjoy the pleasure of premium-quality down, so we went the extra mile to make that happen. Our down is washed many times with a mild soap and sterilized at high temperature to ensure that it meets the industry standard for being " hypo-allergenic" (Oxygen levels of 4.8 or lower and turbidity level (transparency of water) is 500 mm or higher. Sterilization at 120o Celsius which effectively zaps all bacteria and contaminants.
