How Does The Cool Pad Work?
When you lay on the pad your body heat will morph
the crystals inside the pad from a solid state to a liquid.
Once the crystals have transformed, the pad will
start to absorb heat from your body creating a cooling
effect. Dependent on the ambient temperature the
pad should stay cool for about *2 to 3 hours.
After time, the pad will become a bit less efficient at
transporting heat away from your body. With the heat
source removed, the crystals will cool and then
re-solidify. After a cool down period equivalent to the
usage time (an hour for an hour) you can use your
Cool Pad again. Keep in mind the Cool Pad is
designed for temporary cool relief. Under normal
daily use your Cool Pad should remain effective for
about three years.

reform, varies based upon temperature and use.
