What Is Celliant® ?

Celliant is a clinically tested, FDA determined Infrared yarn technology, a responsive textile that helps to increase the body’s local blood flow to promote a more restful nights sleep.

Celliant is made from a patented, clinically proven formula consisting of 13 safe, naturally occurring, thermo-reactive minerals. These unique thermo-reactive minerals are ground up into a very fine powder, 100 times smaller than the width of a human hair. The mineral powder is then added to Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET) and made into a Celliant master batch. The Celliant master batch is added to liquid polyester resin and extruded into a staple fiber. The Celliant will last the lifetime of the material and will never wash out or break down.

Celliant is shown to increase tissue oxygenation by eight percent, which helps the body recover faster from physical activity, increases energy, endurance, stamina and performance. As of July 2017, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has designated Celliant products are medical devices and general wellness products, as defined in Section 201(h) of the Federal Food, Drug and, Cosmetic Act.

Certified - Free of Harmful Chemicals

Our Celliant sheets meet the stringent Oeko-Tex® Standard 100, an international certification that sets limits for over 100 harmful chemicals, substances and emissions in textiles. It's the only valid certification of its kind and tests for compounds ranging from harmful heavy metals like lead and arsenic, to many known allergy inducing and irritating chemicals. The list includes pesticides, phthalates and dyes and VOC emissions.
