In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives in a damaged or defective condition, please notify us by telephone at 888-774-4046, or by email within 72 hours and we will arrange to replace the item at no cost to you.
In the case of an exchange or an authorized return, we will provide you with an RMA number along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your merchandise. You, as the buyer, are responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend obtaining a tracking number for any item you send back using your preferred shipping method. After we receive your return, please allow up to 10 days for your refund to be processed and issued to your original form of payment..
Once your order has shipped and is on its way, we’re unable to cancel it. If you need help with anything after it’s been sent, we’re always here to assist.
