In stock merchandise usually ships the same day. Certain items, ship in 1 to 4 business days. If an item is out of stock or on back order, BeyondBeds.com will contact you within 24 hours upon receiving your order.
Free Ground Shipping This applies to the lower 48 States (and does not include Alaska or sometimes Hawaii) Most items with the exception of mattresses will be shipped via UPS, or FedEx Ground. Smaller items such as the Chillow Plus, Original Chillow, Mini Chillow, Petzlife Oral Care Gel & Spray, and HyaFlex ship by First Class Mail.
Priority Mail (2 -3 day shipping) is available on these items for an additional $4.00. If you would like Priority Mail shipping on any of these items, you can add a note when placing your order and you will be charged separately, or simply call us before placing your order. Please call for expedited shipping charges.

Once your order is placed you will receive an email confirming your order. Please check to make sure all your information was entered correctly. If you do not receive an order confirmation by email after placing your order, it may mean your email address was entered incorrectly, it was blocked by your service provider or it may have gone into your junk mail. If you are unsure if your order went through, please call us. Once your order ships you will receive an email notification, and a tracking number. All we need is a correct e-mail address at the time of your order. If you log in as a "guest" when you place your order, you will "not be able to track or check your order status online", however you will be able to track your order, once the tracking number is sent to you.
Not all products ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, APO's or other international countries. If you have any questions about any of our products shipping to your location, please call us before placing your order.
Free Freight Shipping Shipping of all our mattresses is free of charge to the lower 48 US states. All our mattresses are delivered "curbside" by the shipping company. The shipper will call once the mattress arrives in your local area and will arrange a day and time that is convenient for you to have the mattress delivered. It's a good idea to have a friend ready to help you set up your mattress on the day it arrives. |

To avoid shipping delays, please provide a reliable daytime phone where you can be contacted.
Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for delivery of your mattress with the exception of the "Joya" mattress which ships the same day by Federal Express. Adjustable beds ship in 1-2 days. Please allow 7-10 days for delivery
White Glove Services Customers wanting inside delivery and setup will need to purchase White Glove Services with the purchase of their mattress or sleep system. White Glove Service includes delivery and set up of the mattress set in your home. Your mattress set will be delivered within 2-3 weeks of the order date. The white-glove delivery company will call you to set up a delivery appointment approximately 48 hours in advance. The delivery includes carrying the mattress set inside, un-boxing it, simple set-up in the proper room, and removal of the boxing material. Due to state hazardous materials laws, the delivery WILL NOT include moving your current mattress or removal of the old bedding. Please have your bed frame empty and ready for delivery.
When your mattress set is delivered, make sure to carefully inspect it for any damage or defects. If you notice any damage or defects, you must note them on the shipping receipt and refuse the delivery. If you notice damage/defects and refuse the mattress set, please notify Beyond Beds immediately so we can quickly resolve the issue for you.
Express Shipping Express Shipping is not available on all our products. Please call us to see if your order can be shipped Express 3-day, 2-day, or Overnight (First, Priority, or Standard). Shipping costs for express shipments are paid by the customer.
Note: Express Shipment delivery times are the responsibility of the carrier who is shipping the product. Beyond Beds is not responsible if the carrier does not fulfill their guarantee of service.
