The White Gold memory foam mattress combines the superior contouring and cushioning properties of memory foam with the pure health benefits of Sanitized® Actigard® (AG) antimicrobial hygiene protection. Memory foam, developed by NASA in the 1970s, is a heat and pressure sensitive visco-elastic material that molds to the body's exact contours, reducing pressure points, insuring proper spinal alignment and distributing weight evenly while you sleep.

When it comes to producing the Joya White Gold Sleep system, no expense is spared on materials or production methods. Only the finest raw materials from accredited suppliers that are certified from independent laboratories are used. All production of the Joya White Gold Sleep System occurs in Joya's “GREEN” room, which is a totally sterile environment. And, most importantly, Joya by Garme follows and meets the production requirements of the Oeko-Tex 100 Standard.

Standard 100 is an internationally standardized testing and certification system for textile raw materials, intermediate and end products at all stages of production. The closer a product comes into direct contact with the skin, the stricter the human ecological requirements it must fulfill.

The Medicott® ticking used to cover the White Gold mattresses is fully hypoallergenic and designed to refuse the development of dust mites and mold without the use of pesticides and harmful chemicals. |

The Medicott® hypoallergenic process, similar to the process used to sanitize cotton first-aid bandages, involves stripping and cleansing the cotton fibers of all extraneous natural and synthetic substances that could encourage the growth of mold, dust mites, bacteria and allergens. Like a sealed band-aid, the White Gold mattress is hygienically compressed, machine-rolled and vacuum-packed so that it remains sterile and untouched by human hands during both manufacturing and shipping.
The White Gold mattress truly offers the best of both worlds: the superior benefits of memory foam technology insure uniform blood circulation and pressure to promote healthy, restful sleep, while the stringent, sanitary manufacturing standards protect the consumer from the potential hazards associated with dyes, irritants, and toxic materials.

NOTE: the glues used in the White Gold memory foam mattress are free of CFCs and softners, as are all the materials used in this mattress.
