When will my order ship?
Most orders ship with 24-48 hours, while some orders will ship the same day.
Products that are made to order ship in 4 to 7 business days.
If an item is out of stock or on back order,
BeyondBeds.com will contact you within 24 hours upon
receiving your order.
Free Ground Shipping in the Continental US
This applies to the lower 48 States (and does not include Alaska
or sometimes Hawaii). Most items with the exception of mattresses
will be shipped via UPS, or FedEx Ground. Smaller items such as the Chillow's,
Petzlife Oral Care Gel & Spray, HyaFlex and Breathe Aid ship
by First Class Mail. Priority Mail (2-3 day shipping) is available on these items
for an additional $5.00. If you would like Priority Mail shipping on any of these items,
you can add a note when placing your order and you will be charged separately, or simply call us
before placing your order. Please call or email for
shipping quotes to Alaska, Hawaii or Canada before placing your order.
Online or Phone Orders
Once your order is placed you will receive an email confirming your order.
Please check to make sure all your information was entered correctly.
If you do not receive an order confirmation by email after placing your order,
or you are unsure if your order went through, please call us.
Tracking Your Order
We will send you a shipping confirmation email along with a tracking number when all or part of your order is shipped.
If you log in as a guest when you place your order,
you will not be able to track or check your order status online, however you will be able to
track your order, once a shipping confirmation and tracking number is sent to you by email.

International Orders (We are not able to ship all of our products Internationally)
International orders MUST email for a shipping quote, before placing your order. If you place an order, the shipping will not be calculated and your order may be cancelled. We will email you with the shipping cost for your approval before we charge you.
All duties, taxes, brokerage fees, customs clearance fees, etc. are the responsibility of the customer.
All costs associated with the return of the shipment to BeyondBeds.com are also the responsibility of the customer.
Free Freight Shipping (LTL) Less than Truck Load
Shipping of all our mattresses, adjustable beds and/or adjustable foundations are free of charge to the lower 48 US states.
The delivery company will call once your order arrives in your local area
and will arrange a day and time that is convenient for you to have
the item delivered. It's a good idea to have a friend ready to help you
set up your mattress on the day it arrives. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for
delivery of your bed or adjustable foundation.
To ensure a timely delivery, please provide a reliable phone number so you can be reached by the shipper.
Adjustable beds ship in 1-2 weeks.
White Glove Services - In Home Set Up
Customers wanting inside delivery and setup will need to purchase White Glove Services with the purchase of their mattress or sleep system.
White Glove Service includes delivery and set up of the mattress set in your home. Your mattress set will be delivered within 2-3 weeks of
the order date. The white-glove delivery company will call you to set up a delivery appointment approximately 48 hours in advance.
The delivery includes carrying the mattress set inside, un-boxing it, simple set-up in the proper room, and removal of the boxing material.
Due to state hazardous materials laws, the delivery WILL NOT include moving your current mattress.
Please have your bed frame empty and ready for delivery.
When your mattress set is delivered, make sure to carefully inspect it for any damage or defects.
If you notice any damage or defects, you must note them on the shipping receipt and refuse the delivery.
If you notice damage/defects and refuse the mattress set, please notify BeyondBeds.com immediately so we can quickly resolve the issue for you.
If you need your order expedited, please call us for a shipping quote prior to placing your order. Some products may not be eligible for expedited shipping such as custom orders, etc.
Shipping costs for expedited shipments are the responsibility of the customer. Express Shipment delivery times are the responsibility of the carrier who is shipping the product.
