BeyondBeds.com is committed to providing our customers with prompt and efficient customer service. We are always available to answer any questions you may have. We ask that you please contact us as soon as possible if you have questions regarding returning or exchanging any of our products.

In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives in a damaged or defective condition, please notify us by telephone at 888-774-4046, or by email within 72 hours and we will arrange to replace the item at no cost to you.

In the event of an exchange or "authorized return", you will be provided with an RMA number and proper instructions on how and where to return your merchandise. It is always advisable to obtain a tracking number for your records, on any item you ship back to us using your preferred shipping method.

Once your order has been shipped and is in transit, it cannot be cancelled.

If you refuse an order, you will be refunded, minus our incurred shipping costs, once the merchandise is received by to us. (with the exception of mattresses).

Products that are returnable will be refunded in full minus our incurred shipping costs. You MUST call first prior to returning any product to receive an RMA# and return authorization instructions. A restocking fee may apply to some returnable items. Pillows, Mattresses, and Mattresses Sets may not be returned for health or hygienic reasons. Adjustable beds or Adjustable Bases are not returnable due to high ship costs. Products that are custom made or made to order are not returnable.
